Spent Christmas break with family in a fantastic family hotel. the kids enjoyed all the different activities offered, which included a warm indoor pool, toni boxes with little figures and rain boots for the little ones. the food variety was excellent, with creative and tasty options like a sushi buffet and fresh juice stations. the hotel was located very conveniently close to ski slopes and the rooms were spotless with lots of little details, including toothbrushes and nightlights. Best of all, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, making the stay truly memorable.
the first day dinner service was tragic with staff and service that were quite disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel during Easter and there were some things that we liked. the hotel was conveniently located near ski slopes. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the food offered was creative and tasty, with options like sushi and ramen buffets.
The first day, we had a terrible experience with staff at dinner and ended up leaving after an appetizer. The following day, the buffet dinner was better, but still not worth the price.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, with ski slopes just a stone's throw away. The service was top-notch, with friendly and international staff who made me feel at home. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel had great amenities, including a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. I also loved the entertainment options, like the game room and children's play area. The hotel even provided a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The location was perfect, with ski slopes close by and lots of fun activities for kids. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the bathroom was also well-maintained. the service provided by the friendly and international staff was top-notch. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had great facilities for kids, including toothbrushes, nightlights, and even toni boxes with toni figures.
The noise in the evening, as our room was located close to the lobby area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was super nice and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and well-decorated. I especially loved the separate kids' bed area, which was really cool with its curtains. The hotel had everything you could think of for kids, from toothbrushes and nightlights to Toni boxes with Toni figures and rain boots. It was so convenient! The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, and the breakfast options were excellent. I was impressed with the variety and creativity of the food, like the make-your-own juice station and the sushi and ramen buffets. The hotel facilities were amazing, with a warm pool area that was empty in the evenings. I had a perfect stay and will definitely be back to visit again!
